Delhi Likely to Witness Warmer Weather, Partly Cloudy Skies on Saturday

New Delhi: Delhi is expected to witness partly cloudy skies and warmer weather on Saturday following recent rainfall and thunderstorms, with the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasting dry conditions in the national capital over the coming days.

According to the IMD’s October 16 bulletin, no rainfall is expected in Delhi until October 22. Skies are likely to remain mainly clear from October 18, while maximum temperatures are projected to rise to 32–34 degrees Celsius on October 21 and 22.

Meanwhile, varying weather conditions are forecast across several northern and eastern states on Saturday.

Himachal Pradesh is likely to experience partly sunny skies, with isolated afternoon showers possible in some areas. Uttarakhand is expected to witness mostly clear skies and hazy sunshine, with relatively cool temperatures during the morning and night.

Haryana is forecast to remain predominantly sunny and warm, with temperatures ranging between 18 and 32 degrees Celsius across different areas. Isolated afternoon thunderstorms, however, cannot be ruled out.

In West Bengal, warm weather accompanied by hazy sunshine is expected, with temperatures ranging from approximately 23 to 33 degrees Celsius in several areas. Weather conditions may vary between the northern and southern parts of the state.

Uttar Pradesh is also likely to experience warm conditions and hazy sunshine, with maximum temperatures reaching around 32 degrees Celsius and minimum temperatures settling near 22 degrees Celsius in some areas.

The IMD has not issued any weather warnings for eastern or western Uttar Pradesh for Saturday.
