Congress President Rahul Gandhi addresses the Media after BJP leading in most of the states in LokSabha Elections 2019.
Since Smriti Iran is leading with more than 30,000 votes from Amethi, Rahul Gandhi in the Press Conference has accepted his defeat and addressed the media.
He also congratulated PM Narendra Modi.
