GoI to launch National Programme on Artificial Intelligence

- Soon Government of India will launch National Programme on Artificial Intelligence.
- This programme will identify data sets of Public Sector Units which will be later placed under Artificial Intelligence Control framework.
- Doing so will ultimately increase the safety of the data as well as accessibility.
- Additionally Government of India has also planned to launch Digital India 2.0. which will again boost the National Programme on Artificial Intelligence.
- Digital India 2.0
- Under Digital India 2.0 primary goal is to take cyber security, digital service and infrastructure to upper level.
- Concrete framework for DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) is also to be developed under 2.0.
