Tremblor: Earthquake of magnitude 6.0 jolts Philippine Islands
New Delhi: A strong earthquake of magnitude 6.0 on the Richter scale jolted the Philippine Islands on Thursday, May 05, 2022. The National Centre for Seismology (NCS) shared seismographs on Twitter highlighting the affected areas.
“Earthquake of magnitude 6.0 occurred on May 05, 2022, 01:51 PM on latitude 6.55 and longitude 127.11 with a depth of 20 km located in Philippine Islands,” the NCS tweeted.
However, no damages to property and people surfaced so far.
