New Delhi, June 3: World Number 3 Spanish star Carlos Alcaraz reached the quarter-finals at the 2024 French Open after defeating Felix Auger-Aliassime, the media reported.
Alcaraz won 6-3,6-3,6-1 against world no.21 Felix. “I’m really happy with my performance today. I think I played a really high level of tennis, focused on ups and downs in the match,” Alcaraz told reporters after the match.
Alcaraz is set to face Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas on Monday. He has already won the US Open and Wimbledon Grand Slam titles, and is now targeting the French Open.
