T-Series hints at Bhool Bhulaiya 3
New Delhi: Producers of Bhool Bhulaiya 2 hinted at the possibility of another film under the Bhool Bhulaiya franchise. Kartik Aryan’s Bhool Bhulaiya is running successfully at the box office since its release last week.
Producers Bhushan Kumar of T-Series and Murad Khetani revealed the developments during an interview. On being asked about a possibility of having a third part for Bhool Bhulaiyaa was in the cards, they replied, “We are definitely taking the Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise forward. There is enough scope in the premise and we will announce more details at the right time.”
The first instalment of Bhool Bhulaiya was a remake of the cult classic Malayalam film, Manichitrathazhu. Helmed by Priyadarshan, it released in the year 2007 with Akshay Kumar, Vidhya Balan, Shiney Ahuja, Ameesha Patel, Rajpal Yadav, Manoj Joshi, and Paresh Ravel in pivotal roles.
The second instalment of the franchise was directed by Aneez Bazmee and was one of the most anticipated films of 2022 that starred Kartik Aryan, Kiara Advani, Tabu and Rajpal Yadav.
