International Dance Day 2022: The trailer of Dehati Disco releases on April 29
Mumbai: Dance is the heart of Indian cinema. Bollywood films are incomplete without elaborate dance sequences. India has created several iconic dance films that have impacted dancers across the globe.
The makers released the official trailer of Bollywood choreographer Ganesh Acharya’s upcoming film Dehati Disco on Friday, April 29, 2022, as a tribute to Indian dancers on International Dance Day 2022. Dehati Disco will release on May 27, 2022.
Helmed by Manoj Sharma and produced by Gitesh Chandrakar, Vaseem Qureshi, and Kamal Kishor Mishra under the banner Qureshi Productions Pvt. Ltd. and One Entertainment Film Productions.
Dehati Disco is a story of Bhola and Bheema who try to establish dance and its importance in Shivpur, their village that believes dance is a curse.
The film features Ganesh Acharya, Ravi Kishan, Saksham Sharma, Manoj Joshi, Rajesh Sharma, and Sahi Khan in pivotal roles.
Ganesh Acharya said, “Dehati Disco is a special film for me. The whole cast and crew have done an amazing job on this film. I want to inspire the dancers all over the nation that nothing is impossible. Furthermore, I am sure Dehati Disco will leave a strong impact on the audiences.”
“When I read the script, I was completely moved by the story. I couldn’t say no to such an inspiring film. Ganesh Ji has done a phenomenal job, as always. I was surprised by how etiquette Saksham was on the sets. He won all our hearts during the shoot of this film. All I can say is this is a must-watch for all the dance lovers out there,” Ravi Kishan said.
