Indian Super League: Jamshedpur FC beats Chennaiyin FC 4-1

New Delhi: Jamshedpur Football Club (FC) beat Chennaiyin Football Club (FC) 4-1 in the Indian Super League (ISL) at the Tilak Maidan Stadium, Goa, on Sunday, February 20, 2022.

The match began with Jamshedpur player Ritwik Das footing a close shot from a very close range to the bottom left corner in the 21st minute. Jamshedpur’s Greg Stewart assisted Boris Singh, who also shot a left foot near the net to the bottom left corner in the 32nd minute.

Meanwhile, Jamshedpur’s Eli Sabiá gave a headed pass to Daniel Chima Chukwu in the 38th minute. Daniel shot a left foot from the centre of the box to the bottom left corner, and the team’s scores rose to three. Jamshedpur’s Seiminlen Doungel assisted Greg Stewart as he shot a left-foot from outside the box to the bottom right corner in the 45th minute.

On the other hand, Chennaiyin FC failed to defend and score despite several substitutions. Their attempts were either blocked or saved by the opponents. Jamshedpur FC won the match 4-1.
