Indian Super League: FC Goa and Kerala Blasters draw 4-4

New Delhi: FC Goa and Kerala Blasters drew the match 4-4 in the Indian Super League (ISL) at the Athletic Stadium, Goa, on Sunday, March 06, 2022.

The match began with Kerala’s Sahal Samad giving a cross to Jorge Pereyra Diaz, who shot a goal in the 10th minute. Diaz shot another goal as Kerala won a clear 2-0 lead in the 28th minute.

The second half began with a triple substitution for FC Goa. Airam Cabrera, Aiban Dohling, and Seriton Fernandes replaced Muhammed Nemil, Sanson Pereira, and Seriton Fernandes in the 46th minute.

Meanwhile, Goa’s Airam Cabrera assisted Edu Bedia, who shot a free-kick and scored in the 49th minute. Cabrera scored in the 63rd minute and equalized scores despite a strong defense from Kerala. Dohling scored another goal and snatched the lead from Kerala 3-2 in the 79th minute.

Cabrera made the third shot in the 82nd minute. However, the energized Kerala Blasters made a comeback. Kerala’s Vincy Barretto received the ball and ran inside the Goa box to score in the 88th minute.

The successful attempt was followed by Kerala’s Alvaro Garcia’s shot from the edge of the box in the 90th minute. Garcia leveled scores at 4-4.
