Corona negative report is mandatory for travellers arrive to Delhi from Punjab and other four states
New Delhi: A latest statement given by the official on Wednesday said that a person arriving in Delhi from Maharashtra, Kerala, Punjab, Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh – will have to show their corona negative report to Delhi authority from Friday night.
Officials further added that the order will be issued later in the day and it will be effective till March 15 and the issue had already been discussed in a meeting of the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) on Monday.
Officers in these states will be asked to verify Covid negative reports from tests taken up to 72 hours before the flight before allowing passengers to leave for Delhi.
According to the Union health Ministry’s data Maharashtra had reported 5,210 new cases of Coronavirus on Tuesday, followed by Kerala registered 2,212 covid cases and Tamil Nadu 449 cases.
