A Biopic on Atal Bihari Vajpayee announced
New Delhi: Producers Vinod Bhanushali and Sandep Singh collaborated to produce a film on the former Indian Pime Minister, Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The Biopic will release on Christmas 2023 and will mark the late PM’s 99th birth anniversary.
Titled Main Rahoon Ya Na Rahoon Yeh Desh Rehna Chahiye: Atal, the biopic will be adapted from book, The Untold Vajpayee: Politician and Paradox by Ullekh NP.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and officially announced the film. Sharing the news, he wrote, “Vinod Bhanushali and Sandeep Singh join hands to make a film on the epic life story of Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji titled Main Rahoon Ya Na Rahoon Yeh Desh Rehna Chahiye: Atal.”
“The film will be an adaptation of Penguin Random House India’s book The Untold Vajpayee: Politician and Paradox by author Ullekh NP… Starts early 2023, the film will be released on Christmas 2023, which marks the 99th birth anniversary of Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji,” he added.
Atal Bihari Vajpayee was sworn n as the Indian Prime Minister on May 16, 1996. Vajpayee passed away on August 16, 2018.
