The Union Health Minister says, Vaccine for Indians in next few days
New Delhi: Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan has praised the scientists and doctors on Friday for their work in the development of the coronavirus vaccine for India.
Harsh Vardhan said that “vaccines will be provided to the people in the country in the next few days.”
“In a short period of time, India has done well by developing vaccines. In the next few days, in the near future, we should be able to give these vaccines to our countrymen. It will be given to our healthcare professional followed by frontline workers,” Dr Harsh Vardhan to the media.
On the development of the coronavirus vaccine, Harsh Vardhan added that “We have ensured that every detail is conveyed to the people from the national level to the grassroots level. Lakhs of healthcare workers trained and the process continues.”
The government of India is going for the second nationwide dry run on the Covid 19 vaccination today which will cover 736 districts across 33 states and Union Territories.

The Union Health Minister has visited the Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital in Chennai on January 8 to review the arrangements for Covid-19 vaccine dry run which is taking place today.
Health Minister of Tamil Nadu Dr C Vijayabaskar also remained present on the occasion.
The entire planning of the vaccination drive including beneficiary registration, microplanning and vaccination at the planned session site will be tested under the leadership of District Collector or District Magistrate during the dry run.
