New Delhi: The Supreme Court today sought a response from the leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and others on a plea alleging that the Congress leader pushed a pregnant journalist during a march to the apex court on the 12th of October. The plea was mentioned before a bench of Chief Justice Surya Kant and Justice Joymalya Bagchi, which issued notice to Gandhi and others. On October 12, Rahul Gandhi and several prominent opposition leaders, accompanied by their supporters, reached the Supreme Court to file a plea over alleged voter deletions and irregularities in the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls.
