NEW DELHI, Dec 26: A 46-year-old Border Security Force Personnel was beaten and axed to death at Chaklasi in Nadiad district in Gujarat by seven members of a 15-year-old boy’s family after he complained to them about his daughter’s objectionable video being allegedly circulated online by the teenager boy.
According to an FIR filed with the Nadiad police, the incident took place on Saturday night when the BSF jawan, his wife, their two sons and his nephew went to the boy’s place to talk about the objectionable video of the jawan’s 15-year-old daughter had gone viral recently. In the video, a 15-year-old boy from Chaklasi village was also seen. According to the victim’s family, it was the same boy who had allegedly circulated the video and the jawan had gone to his house to speak to his family. The teen is a student of the school the girl attended and the two were in a relationship, sources said.
But members of his family started abusing them. When he objected to that, the group attacked his family. According to the FIR, “On Saturday night, the BSF jawan and his family members went to the boy’s house. The boy’s father and six other family members, including two women, began abusing the jawan and his family members. He objected to the abusive words after which those seven members attacked him and his family, and the BSF jawan was beaten to death,” says the FIR filed by the jawan’s wife.
