Music: Haseen Dillruba’ s first song Dil Melt Karda released
Mumbai: Dil Melt Karda, the first song from the upcoming thriller Haseen Dillruba, scheduled to be released next month, is now out.
The song, penned by Varun Grover and composed by Amit Trivedi, has an Indian-fusion wedding charm to it.
Sung by Navraj Hans and Nikita Gandhi, this groovy number is already topping the charts, reports said.
The song was released on Tuesday in the presence of protagonists Tapsee Pannu and Vikrant Massey.
Its music video shows Rishu (Vikrant) falling in love with Rani (Tapsee) and trying to impress her with little gestures like getting a tattoo of her name and reading out pages from her favorite thriller.
The murder mystery revolves around Rani who gets married to Rishu. But soon afterward, he dies in an explosion. Police suspect Rani’s involvement, with clues surfacing about Rishu doubting her intentions, links of her affair with another man, and her not being the ideal wife.
Directed by Vinil Mathew and written by Kanika Dhillon, Haseen Dillruba’s first official trailer was launched a week ago.
The film, starring Tapsee Pannu, Vikrant Massey, and Harshvardhan Rane, is slated for release on Netflix on July 2. Its earlier release date in September 2020 had to be postponed due to the pandemic.
