Here’s a list of unexplored sites in India – the spots and their pristine beauty will leave you speechless:

  1. Kumbhalgarh Fort

 It is the five hill forts of Rajasthan and it is 38 km long. The second-largest wall after the Great Wall of China, the fort marks the birthplace of Emperor Maharana Pratap. Badal Mahal, which is situated on the top of the fort, gives an amazing view of the entire Kumbhalgarh wildlife sanctuary.

Rana Kumbha constructed the fort in the 15th century. Kumbhalgarh Fort, together with five other forts in Rajasthan, was named a UNESCO World Heritage Site under the category Hill Forts of Rajasthan during the 37th session of the World Heritage Committee in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, in 2013.

  1. Auroville

Aurobindo Ghosh was a freedom fighter and a very spiritually evolved person. Auroville was started for human evolution.

It is a residential research centre and an experimental township. in Villupuram district, mostly within the state of Tamil Nadu, India, with some parts within the Union Territory of Pondicherry in India. it had been founded in 1968 by Mirra Alfassa and designed by architect Roger Anger. Its natural habitat is so enthralling and multi-cultural. The food is super fresh and Organic.

  1. Auli

 Located in the northern state of Uttarakhand is a new entrant in the tourist map of India in the cradle of snow-capped mountains. Like other hill stations, the bitter cold winds, the vast snow-covered landscapes, the Sylvan Mountains all add up to make Auli a skier’s paradise.

Skiers are naturally provided with clean stretches of tented 20 kilometres of snow-covered with mountain slopes.

  1. GandiKota and Belum Caves

Famously known as the Grand Canyon of India, Gandikota, in Andhra Pradesh’s Kadapa district, is notable for the beautiful canyon made by the river Pennar as it passes through the Erramala hills. Climbing rocks to the viewpoint will surely leave the tourist satisfied and awestruck. The sunset and sunrise are some of the best things to view here. The perfect place to stargaze with countless stars studded in the clear sky.

It is known for many important and beautiful monasteries and is famous for being the birthplace of the sixth Dalai Lama- Tsang yang Gyatso. The beautiful town has many scenarios to make the trip a picturesque one. One can mark this hidden gem in the list if one wants to experience a picture-perfect getaway.

  1. Mawlynnong

It is called the God own Garden located in Meghalaya. It was awarded the title of the cleanest village in Asia by Discover India in 2003. The waste is collected in the dust made of bamboo directed to a pit and then used in this manure. Here smoking and usage of plastic are banned. Rainwater harvesting is encouraged. Mawlynnong has pleasant weather throughout the year.

 It is one of the most beautiful beaches in the city of Karnataka. Standing on this calm and unspoiled beach gives a panoramic view of the wonderful creations of nature.   1. Lakshadweep Islands

The name Lakshadweep means 1,00,000 islands. This island is made up of 12 atolls, three reefs, five submerged banks out of which 10 islands are inhabited. Lakshadweep tourism is primarily centred around water sports. One can indulge in activities like Snorkelling, Parasailing, Kayaking, Deep Sea Fishing and Water skiing. It is perfect for beach lovers.
