The adventurous side of Narendra Modi

Ahmedabad: This is a special anecdote about PM Narendra Modi. The instance is two decades old, when Narendra Modi had gone for paragliding in Himachal Pradesh’s Solang. Paragliding coach Roshan Thakur Ji recollected the dauntless courage Narendra Modi had displayed on the slopes of Solang.

Roshan Ji said, “Modi Ji wanted to go for paragliding. But due to rain, we had called off paragliding at that time. But Modi Ji insisted that he wants to do it. I was a bit nervous whether he would be able to pull it off or not. So, I sent my entire team with the paragliders. But Modi Ji did it without any fear or hesitation which took me by surprise. I was impressed seeing the adventurous side of him.”

Roshan Ji further said that it was this adventurous side of PM Modi that made him accept challenges with a smile and overcome them.
