New Delhi, May 18: After the Italian Football Federation’s disciplinary tribunal’s investigation, Juventus Football Club has fired their head coach Massimiliano Allegri for alleged bad behavior, the media reported on Friday.

In the middle of a Juventus FC versus Atlanta FC match, Allegri was sent off because of his protests against the decisions of match referees. After the game, he also clashed with Juventus staff, a newspaper director, and match officials.

“The dismissal follows certain behaviors during and after the Italian Cup final which the club deemed incompatible with the values of Juventus and with the behavior that must adopt,” the club said on Friday.

Allegri, 56, was sacked just two days after he led the club to win the Italian Cup.

He was first appointed as Juventus coach in 2014 to 2019 during which he won the series five times. He returned to the club in 2021.
