UP Chief Minister Hon Yogi Adityanath ji for presenting Sanskritik Yoddha Puraskar 2023 under aegis of Save Culture Save India Foundation to 9 fighters for our culture against makers of evil content on AV platforms & other issues. Each winner received Rs 1 lakh along with the Puraskar.

landmark award ceremony Foundation’s fight against makers of evil content reaches a crucial stage in just six months of the beginning of the movement that started from Bhopal on December 25, 2022. The Foundation , which has been founded by me with the support of a group of most patriotic individuals persevering to protect our culture against repeated onslaughts, has made 3 major suggestions :

  1. Enactment of a law of ethics code fixing permissible limit in AV films for scenes, themes, clothes & language & charging violators of certain sections of the law with abetment of rape based on peer-reviewed international studies that prove that sexually perverted content is the main cause of rapes.
  2. A joint regulatory authority for all AV platforms to prevent sexually perverted content .
  3. We want complete ban on all perverted content but to begin with amendment in IT Law to put all objectionable content in one group and linking the accessibility of group to Aadhar Card & finger print.

The awardees included Abhay Shah, who runs the Swachh Cyber India movement, Manish Bardia & Vaishali Shah from Moving Pixel and creative brains who have made two power films on the ill-effects of perverted content, Indic filmmaker Praveen Chaturvedi, Hindu Janajagaran Samiti spokesperson Ramesh Shinde, journalist Swati Goyal Sharma, TV anchor Pradeep Bhandari, Sanjeev Newar, who runs the Gems of Bollywood movement and Supreme Court advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain who is fighting for Kashi Vishwanath & Mathura temples.

CM Yogi also presented the shawl and citation to the Foundation’s Business and revenue advisor Uttam Dave as well as business man Umesh Chhajjer and senior advocate Amit Singh who are closely associated with the foundation and have helped in taking its objective forward.
