Bengaluru: India’s fintech start-up Khatabook on Thursday announced that Company acquired business analysts to boost the strength of MSME sector. Around 10 million users including distributors, wholesalers, traders, and suppliers will be benefitted by this step. Fintech start-up plans to improve their efficiency through business analytics, sales force automation, and digital invoicing.

Fintech Company Khatabook is planning to double the user base in 2021, so more users could be added in the future.  The company has over 80,000 paid users.

The Biz Analyst team will continue to run independently and many financial issues in business will be solved through technologies.

Khatabook plans to focus on building the right infrastructure to empower MSMEs in the country. Biz Analyst’s tech solutions will potentially reach a widespread and massive network of MSMEs spanning almost every district in India.

Over the last year, several MSMEs and kiranas have adopted technology to become more operationally resilient. Powering the digital transformation of the ecosystem, the Khatabook platform recorded 1.4 billion+ transactions with a cumulative value of more than $100 billion.
