Srinagar: The Kashmir IGP on Saturday morning informed that the security forces Saturday killed two terrorists in an encounter. One of the killed terrorists has been identified as Ikhlaq Hajam, who was also involved in the recent killing of HC Ali Mohammad at Hassanpora, Anantnag.
The police have recovered weapons and two pistols after an encounter. An encounter broke out in the Zakura area of Srinagar City on Saturday morning.
According to the local sources, the security forces had got the information about terrorists, and based on input armed forces have conducted special operations. The security forces have now cordoned the area and started a search operation.
