Tremblor: A 4.3 magnitude earthquake jolts Mizoram
New Delhi: A mild earthquake measuring a magnitude 4.3 on the Richter scale jolted the Indian state of Mizoram on Wednesday, July 20, 2022.
The National Centre for Seismology (NCS) took to Twitter and shared a seismograph highlighting the affected regions.
“Earthquake of magnitude 4.3 occurred on July 20, 2022, at 03:08 IST on latitude 23.57 and longitude 94.49 with a depth of 130 km located 119km East of Champhai, Mizoram, India,” the NCS informed.
No reports of damages or casualties surfaced so far.
