Today one more organ donation was done through Donate Life from Venus Hospital Surat
Ahmedabad: Late.Kiran Rameshbhai Vekariya’s (age 46) family gave new lease of lives to five persons by donating Kidneys, Liver and Corneas of Kiran after doctors declared him brain dead.
Along with this donations till date Donate Life has successfully contributed to donation of 1224 organs and tissue with 498 Kidney, 217 Liver, 51 Heart, 48 Lungs, 8 Pancreas, 1 Intestine, 4 Hands and 397 Corneas giving new lease of life and vision to 1124 organ failure patients in our country and globe.
We salute the family of Late Kiran Rameshbhai Vekariya to donate the vital organ of their beloved after doctors declared him brain dead Liver transplantation was done at Kiran Hospital Surat. Kidneys transplantation will be done at CIMS and Sterling Hospital Ahmedabad. Corneas were donated to Lokdrashti Chakshu Bank.
