Tiger 3 release date announced
Mumbai: Bollywood actor Katrina Kaif has teamed with Salman Khan for the third part of the Tiger franchise, according to the official teaser on Friday, March 04, 2022. The film is expected to release in theatres on April 21, 2023.
Actor Salman Khan shared the teaser on his social media handle with a caption that read, “All should take care of themselves. Tiger 3 on 2023 Eid. Releasing in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu. Celebrate Tiger 3 with YRF only at a big screen near you on April 21, 2023.”
The teaser of the upcoming action-thriller showcases Katrina Kaif, clad in black, practicing stunts with a weapon. Stunt choreographers are guiding Kaif while Khan sleeps under the covers nearby.
She wakes a snoozing Salman and asks if he’s ready, to which he replies, “Tiger’s always ready.” The film also stars Emraan Hashmi in a pivotal role.
The third installment will be directed by Maneesh Sharma and produced by Aditya Chopra, in accordance with Yash Raj Films.
Salman Khan plays the character of Avinash Singh Rathore, aka Tiger, an Indian spy who falls in love with a Pakistani spy, Zoya Humaimi, portrayed by Kaif.
While the previous films were shot extensively in Turkey, Russia, and Austria, some scenes were shot recently in Delhi and adjoining areas.
The first film, titled Ek Tha Tiger, was directed by Kabir Khan and released in 2012, whereas the second part, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, was released in 2017.
