New Delhi, July 17: Spanish tennis icon Rafael Nadal defeated Leo Borg at the Swedish Open 2024 in the first round on Tuesday, the media reported.
Nadal won 6-3,6-4 against Swedish player Leo Borg, the son of tennis legend Bjorn Borg.
“Great feelings. It was a huge honor to play against the son of one of the legends in the history of our sports. He played so well. He has a future. I wish him the best.” Nadal said.
He will next face British Cameron Norrie in the second round of the tournament.
