Makers announce release date of Cobra
Mumbai: The makers of the highly-anticipated South Indian film, Cobra, announced the release date of the film along with a special teaser. The film will release in theatres on August 11, 2022.
The Sci-fi thriller features superstar Chiyaan Vikram in the role of a mathematician. The first look poster starring the National award-winning actor in seven different get-ups, released on the actor’s birthday last year.
The film marks the return of Vikram to the big screen after a long sabbatical. Vikram will be seen experimenting with his looks in the film, as evident from the poster.
Directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu, produced by Lalit Kumar, under the banner Seven Screen Studio, with original score and song composition by AR Rahman, film Cobra stars KS Ravikumar, Mohammed Ali Baig, Padmapriya, Kaniha, Robo Shankar, John Vijay, Mamukkoya, Miya George, Roshan Mathew, and Sarjano Khalid in supporting roles.
