Kiara Advani shares trailer of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2
Mumbai: Bollywood actor Kiara Advani took to social media and shared the first trailer of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 on Tuesday, April 26, 2022. The film will release in theatres on May 20, 2022.
Advani shared the trailer on her Instagram handle with the caption, “Welcome to the Haveli. This family knows entertainment and horror. Watch the family entertainer, releasing in cinemas on May 20, 2022.”
The trailer begins with an abandoned hall of a mansion with a Bengali song, Aami Je Tomar, playing in the background. Tabu reveals the mansion that houses a black magic practicing spirit named Manjulika. Soon, Kartik Aryan, a self-proclaimed medium, enters the trailer, and comic events follow.
The trailer has it all – the love story brewing between Kiara and Kartik to the return of Manjulika after 15 years. The powerful spirit takes over Kiara as Kartik Aryan as Rooh Baba struggles to deal with the malevolent spirit.
The trailer shares glimpses of Tabu in a mysterious role, black magic, a ghost wedding, and a dance sequence. Meanwhile, Rajpal Yadav reprises his role as Chota Pandit in the sequel. Actors Sanjay Mishra, Amar Upadhyay, Milind Gunaji, and Rajesh Kumar also feature in pivotal roles.
Directed by Aneez Bazmi and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Murad Khetani, Anjum Khetani, and Krishan Kumar under the banner of T-series and Cine 1 studios, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is a sequel to the 2007 film.
The original psychological thriller horror-comedy was directed by Priyadarshan and featured Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Shiney Ahuja, Paresh Rawal, and Ameesha Patel.
