Karnataka Minister frames Puneeth Rajkumar’s Jacket
New Delhi: The Karnataka State Minister of Tourism, Environment, and Ecology, Anand Singh, paid tribute to the latee Sandalwood actor Puneeth Rajkumar by hanging the actor’s framed jacket on his office wall.
The Minister’s son got hold of the jacket from a fan and decided to frame it. The image of the framed jacket in the Minister’s office is going viral on social media, with fans getting emotional over the late actor and his charitable nature.
The actor was seen wearing the jacket on numerous occasions before gifting it to a fan. Singh had previously responded to calls from the actor’s fans.
The minister also revealed plans to name a circle in the city after the late actor. Moreover, an art gallery and a park in Hospet will be named after Puneeth Rajkumar.
Puneeth Rajkumar had a strong fan following and would actively work for the welfare of the people. The actor succumbed to cardiac arrest on October 29, 2021, and became a posthumous recipient of the Karnataka Ratna.
