Jammu and Kashmir: Security Forces Eliminates Terrorist who killed two Bihari labourers
Srinagar: The Terrorist who was responsible for the killing of two laborers from Bihar was killed by the Security forces in an encounter on Thursday. The Kashmir Police on Thursday said that “Neutralised a terrorist who was responsible for the killings of two Bihari laborers in Wanpoh. Terrorist identified as Javed Ah Wani and he was on a mission to target another shopkeeper in Baramulla.”
The security forces recovered one pistol, one loaded magazine, and one Pakistani grenade.
Vijay Kumar – IGP Kashmir quoted that “Killed terrorist was a hybrid type, identified as Javed Ah Wani of Kulgam district and he has assisted terrorist Gulzar (who was killed on 20th Oct) in the killing of two laborers from Bihar in Wanpoh.”
According to the media report, At least six civilians, including a street food vendor, two teachers, and a chemist were killed by terrorists earlier this month.
The security forces undertook a massive anti-terror operation to neutralize terrorists across the Valley and the development comes on the backdrop of a massive crackdown against terror in the Valley in light of targetted civilian killings over the recent past.
Earlier this week, Home Minister Amit Shah visited Jammu and Kashmir and said that the government’s endeavor is to ensure that no lives are lost in Jammu and Kashmir.
