Cannes 2022: Helly Shah unveils poster of her film Kaya Palat at the Indian Pavilion
Mumbai: Popular Indian actor Helly Shah made her debut at the Cannes red carpet this year, thereby representing the country at the film festival and the actor unveiled poster of her debut film, Kaya Palat, at the Indian Pavilion at the Cannes Film Festival.
The 75th Cannes Film Festival is the centre of attraction with noteworthy films being screened at the international event. Several Indian films garnered laurels after screening ever since India was bestowed with the Country of Honour title this year.
Shah took to social media to share the film’s poster. Helly Sah wote, “Extremely delighted and grateful to unveil the first look of my first film Kaya Palat at Indian Pavilion in the prestigious Cannes film Festival. This couldn’t have been better. Need all your love and wishes.”
Directed by Shoib Nikash Shah, produced by Rahat Kazmi, Tariq Khan films, and Tariq Khan Entertainment, the dark thriller stars Rahat Kazmi and Tariq Khan.
Helly made her acting debut on TV with show Zindagi Ka Har Rang…Gulaal in 2010 and later went on to star in shows like Diya Aur Baati Hum, Alaxmi – Humari Super Bahu, Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micholi, Khushiyon Kii Gullak Aashi, Swaragini – Jodein Rishton Ke Sur, and many more.
