Shri Chainsukh Madanlal Sancheti, a distinguished and veteran leader in Maharashtra’s political landscape, has made significant contributions to the state’s governance and society. Known for his unwavering commitment to public service, Chainubhau has played a key role in the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and is regarded as one of the seniormost legislators with vast experience in leadership and administration.

Chainubhau’s political journey began with his involvement in the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and the Janata Sangh, where he laid the foundation of his dedication to society and the country.

On December 16, 1953, a radiant son was born to the late Shri Madanlalji Sancheti and his mother, the late Smt. Madanbai Sancheti. Chainubhau’s parents were of very righteous character. From an early age, he was influenced by his mother’s religious teachings at home, and the values instilled by his father, a devoted volunteer of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), which led to his upbringing in the ideology of the Jana Sangh.

Amidst this, Shri Madanlalji’s younger brother, the late Kisanlalji Sancheti, became an MLA from the Malkapur constituency under the Jana Sangh. Thus, Chainubhau started receiving the initial lessons of politics and social service right within the family. Under the guidance of many distinguished mentors, Chainubhau’s personality and character continued to be shaped and nurtured.

A defining moment in his life occurred after a severe accident, which brought him facetoface with life’s fragility. This experience strengthened his resolve to dedicate his life entirely to social service and public welfare. His vision to create a better society has been the guiding force behind his political and personal commitments.

For over 25 years, Chainubhau has served as the elected representative of the Malakapur constituency in the Buldhana district, being reelected for FIVE TERMS. Chainubhau, a dedicated public servant, is widely recognized for his remarkable governance, commitment to social reform, and unwavering focus on the empowerment of the masses. With a wellrounded vision for the development of his constituency and the state of Maharashtra, Chainubhau has consistently exemplified qualities of a proficient and responsible leader.

Known for his strategic thinking and skilled leadership, Chainubhau has worked tirelessly to bring about significant positive changes in the areas of social welfare, education, and rural empowerment.

His efforts have been pivotal in enhancing the quality of life for the people in his constituency, particularly in the areas of education, healthcare, and infrastructure.

The list of constructive work done by Chainubhau during his five terms as an MLA is very extensive. A few of the notable works are as follows:

The grand administrative building of the Sub Divisional Office in Malakapur city, costing ₹319 crore.

Administrative Sanction:

•The grand administrative building of Malakapur Municipal Council along with the commercial complex.

•The grand court building in Malakapur city.

•The road from Malakapur to Solapur, with a divider in Malakapur city.

•The road from Malakapur Railway Station to Tehsil Square to Nandura Naka in Malakapur city.

•The animal dispensary building located on the highway at Nandura Naka in Malakapur city.

•A grand building for the ITI training center and hostel on the National Highway in Malakapur city.

•The establishment of the subdistrict hospital in Malakapur city.

•The building of the land records office in Malakapur city.

•The grand sports complex in Malakapur city.

•The creation of the grand Agricultural Produce Market Committee in Malakapur city.

•The substation at Salipura in Malakapur city.

•The police station building at Malakapur M.I.D.C.

•The water supply schemes at Malakapur rural Gram Panchayat and Wakodi Gram Panchayat.

•Under the Sujal Nirmal scheme, ₹12 crore 91 lakh 13 thousand 400 was sanctioned for the pumping machinery work from Dhopeshwar Pumping Station to the water supply center, and the scheme was completed.

•For the improvement works of the water supply scheme in Malakapur city,₹90 lakh was sanctioned, along with ₹2 crore 50 lakh for the construction of 2 new water tanks.

•₹3 crore 84 lakh was sanctioned for the establishment of a water purification center in Malakapur city.

•The ₹20 crore scheme for water supply from the Knowledge Ganga River to the Nandura Water Supply Center has been completed.

•₹17 crore 52 lakh 41 thousand was sanctioned for the water supply scheme in the village of Hingne Ghavad Tera in Nandura Taluka.

•₹3 crore 61 lakh 92 thousand was sanctioned for the construction of the main building and staff quarters for the rural hospital in Nandura.

Administrative Sanction Order:

•From the Budget and NABARD schemes, a total of ₹1890 crore 72 lakh was sanctioned for the construction of bridges on rivers in Malakapur and Nandura talukas. The bridges have been completed.

•For development work in the Municipal Council area, a total of ₹41 crore 94 lakh 70 thousand 562 was sanctioned to the Malakapur Municipal Council for the years 201415 to 201920.

•A total of ₹62 crore 91 lakh 49 thousand 142 was sanctioned to the Nandura Municipal Council for the years 201415 to 201920.

•An upgraded sports complex worth ₹8.50 crore has been constructed in Nandura taluka. The court building in Nandura taluka has also been completed.

•Not only for the Malakapur constituency but for the entire Buldhana district, the Jigao project, which has revitalized the region, received an administrative sanction of ₹13,874 crore due to the persistent efforts of Mr. Chainasukh Sancheti.

•The grand building of the ITI College at Nandura was completed in July 2013, and the college started its operations.

•Under the Maharashtra Government’s ambitious water conservation scheme “Jalyukt Shivar” for natural disaster and drought prevention:

In 201516, ₹1 crore 20 lakh 37,713 was sanctioned. In 201617, ₹1 crore 90 lakh was sanctioned.

In 201718, ₹1 crore 3 lakh 15,378 was sanctioned. In 201819, ₹1 crore 29 lakh was sanctioned.

A substantial amount of funding was secured for the construction of cemented nallas, deepening of cemented nallas, silt removal, and repair work of the cemented nalla structures, all of which have been completed.

Mr. Chainasukh Sancheti, under the Chief Minister’s Rural Road Scheme, facilitated the construction of a total of 36.98 km of roads connecting the villages of Ghirdi, Zhodga, Harsoda, Kalegaon, Bhalegaon, Rangav, Chinchol, Kund, Nimboli, Lasura, Gorad, Dongardi, Shivani, Khadki, and other villages in the Malakapur taluka. From 2015 to 2019, ₹1977 crore 39 lakh was sanctioned by the Honorable Chief Minister, and the work was completed.

For the construction of a total of 46.68 km of roads connecting the villages of Khaira, Takarakheda, Nimgaon, Dadgaon, Dahivadi, Kedar, Mamulwadi, Narkhed, Isapur, Hingna, Roti, Sangwa, Isbapur, Dahigaon, Bhota, Daulkhed, Pimpri Koli, Dhadi, and other villages in Nandura taluka, ₹2695 crore 19 lakh was sanctioned by the Honorable Chief Minister. The work has been successfully completed.

Chainubhau has worked tirelessly for the farmers of Malkapur during his 25year tenure as an MLA. He successfully implemented water management and irrigation projects, and also introduced modern technology to farming. He fought for farmer loan waivers and to ensure fair prices for agricultural produce.

Chainubhau’s goal has always been to economically empower farmers and improve their condition.

Chainubhau’s versatility as a leader is demonstrated through his proficiency in multiple languages, including Marathi, Hindi, and English. His eloquence as a spokesperson for the BJP has earned him a reputation for effective communication and public outreach, which has further endeared him to both the electorate and his political peers.

Soon he got appointed as the Vice President of the Maharashtra BJP, a position that allowed him to influence key decisions and strategies within the party at both the state and national levels.

As a legislator, he has been instrumental in bringing forward numerous initiatives that have contributed to the growth and progress of Buldhana and Maharashtra at large.

Chainubhau continues to work tirelessly to fulfill his duty as a public representative, ensuring that the welfare of the people remains his top priority. His leadership is marked by an unwavering determination to create lasting change for the betterment of society, firmly establishing him as a visionary and respected political figure in Maharashtra.
