Adani Power Limited Company Secretary Deepak Pandey said, Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and further to our letter dated 17th September 2022, this is to inform that CRISIL Ratings has reaffirmed its ‘CRISIL A/Stable’ rating to combined bank facilities of Adani Power Limited after the scheme of amalgamation came into effect on March 7, 2023.
