In a strategic push toward redefining India’s urban and housing landscape, Adani Cement has partnered with CREDAI to launch ‘Nirmaanotsav’—a nationwide initiative promoting sustainable, smart, and high-performance construction practices. The programme was formally inaugurated on 18th July 2025 in Ahmedabad, bringing together architects, engineers, and developers from across the region.

Marking the beginning of a nationwide rollout in multiple urban centers, the event underscores the joint-initiative towards use of advanced building materials and infrastructure solutions that support India’s rapid urbanisation. Cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, and Bengaluru are expected to host future editions, reflecting the broad scope and ambition of the initiative.

The partnership with CREDAI, formalised last month in Goa, is positioned as a preferred national alliance aimed at enabling technical excellence, knowledge exchange, and sustainability across India’s construction ecosystem. Local CREDAI chapters will play a pivotal role in translating national goals into regional action by introducing environmentally responsible building materials and practices to their networks.

Central to the ‘Nirmaanotsav’ platform is the showcase of Adani Cement’s latest innovations in green and high-performance products. Attendees are being introduced to:

These offerings are designed not only to meet structural benchmarks but also to elevate performance, reduce environmental impact, and streamline project execution.

The collaboration is particularly relevant given India’s fast-paced urban development, where vertical expansion and smart infrastructure are driving demand for innovative and tailored construction solutions. By integrating material science with real estate execution, the Adani-CREDAI partnership is fostering a more circular, digital, and carbon-conscious built environment.

‘Nirmaanotsav’ signals more than a series of events; it reflects a movement focused on co-innovation, sustainability, and inclusive growth, reinforcing the role of construction in nation-building.
