New Delhi: A strong earthquake measuring a magnitude intensity of 6.8 on the Richter scale jolted the Manila district of Philippines during the early hours of Wednesday, July 27, 2022.
The National Centre for Seismology (NCS) took to Twitter and shared a seismograph highlighting the affected regions.
“Earthquake of Magnitude 6.8 occurred on July 27, 2022, at 06:13:25 IST on latitude 17.62 and longitude 120.82 with a depth of 10km located 336 km North of Manila, Philippines,” the NCS tweeted.
