New Delhi: A mild earthquake measuring a magnitude intensity of 3.7 on the Richter scale struck the capital city of Rajasthan and adjoining areas on Wednesday, June 29, 2022.
The National Centre for Seismology (NCS) shared a seismograph on Twitter, highlighting the affected areas.
The NCS informed regarding the tremblor and wrote, “Earthquake of magnitude 3.7 occurred on June 29, 2022, at 09:59 IST on latitude 26.44 and longitude 76.40 with a depth of 10 km located 80 km Southeast (SE) of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.”
No reports of damages or casualties surfaced so far.
