July 2, 2021, Mumbai: Actor Raashii Khanna, who is making her debut in the Malayalam film industry, is currently headed to Pondicherry for shooting the last schedule of her upcoming Malayalam film, Bhramam.
“Shooting for Bhramam has been an incredible journey. The experience of being directed by Ravi K. Chandran and working alongside Prithviraj has been amazing. I am glad we are on our way to wrap up the shooting despite the challenges of time. It’s going to be exciting to see the audience in theatres,” Raashi told reporters.
Talking about shooting during the pandemic, Raashii said, “I have been fortunate enough to have such extraordinary work come my way. We’re all being as careful as possible. I’m grateful that I have been able to prioritise health, safety and shooting for projects.”
A Malayalam remake of the Bollywood film, Andhadhun, Bhramam is an upcoming dark comedy film that revolves around the life of a pianist who fakes his blindness to improve his piano skills.
Shot and Directed by Ravi K Chandran, produced by AP International, screenplay by Sarath Balan and music by Jakes Bejoy, Bhramam stars Raashii Khanna and Prithviraj Sukumaran in lead roles alongside Unni Mukundan and Mamta Mohandas.
Raashii also has 4 upcoming movies, Tughlaq Durbar, Aranmanai 3, Methavi, Thank You lined up for release. She will also be starring in a series, Sunny, alongside Shahid Kapoor and Vijay Sethupathi.
