Mumbai: With the Bollywood film industry gradually limping back to normal, actor Ajay Devgn is ready to resume the final scenes to shoot for his upcoming film, Bhuj – The Pride of India, on June 28.

The film commences its last schedule with only a few action scenes to be shot in Film City, Goregaon.

Since major war scenes were shot last year, only a few remaining action scenes are left to be canned.

“If everything goes the way we think they should, the film is likely to be wrapped within 2 days,” he told reporters on Friday.

Directed and written by Abhishek Dudhaiya, the film features Ajay Devgn as an IAF Squadron Leader, Vijay Karnik, in charge of the Bhuj Airport during the Indo-Pakistan War of 1971, who reconstructed an airstrip for the Indian Air Force at Bhuj with the help of 300 local women.

The film, Bhuj- Pride of India, is produced by Ginny Khanuja, Vajir Singh, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, and Abhishek Dudhaiya, with music scored by Vishal-Shekhar.

The film, which will be released on popular OTT platform Disney + Hotstar, is a multi-starrer saga with actors like Sonakshi Sinha, Parineeti Chopra, Shraddha Kapoor, Nora Fatehi, Sanjay Dutt, and Rana Daggubati, among others.
