Canada to reopen its international borders for tourists from September seven

New Delhi: The Government of Canada is now going to open its international borders for tourists from September seven. A domestic epidemiological situation in Canada remains favorable and quite good. A decision taken by the government of Canada will benefit thousands of travelers. 

Travelers must be fully vaccinated against the virus at least 14 days before entering the country. Also, travelers must take note of the vaccines that are recognized by Canada. These are Pfizer – BioNTech, AstraZeneca/Covishield, and Johnson & Johnson.

‘Arrive CAN’ web or app will help the travelers to know whether they are eligible to enter into Canada, and will determine whether or not they have to quarantine in Canada upon arrival. Fully vaccinated travelers are not required to quarantine upon entry.

Canada has reported a decline in COVID 19 cases since vaccination rates have gone up in the country.
