New Delhi, June 12: British youngster Jack Draper lost to American Tommy Paul in the quarter-finals at the Queens Club Championship on Friday, the media reported. World no.31, Draper lost 6-3,5-7,6-4 to world no.13 Paul.
After losing, Draper said exhaustion was the main reason to lose the game. “Physically I felt good, my body’s been great. It’s just become mentally quite taxing, having to go day after day,” he said.
Draper,22, who has never won a Grand Slam title, is now set to compete at Wimbledon, beginning on July 1. Tommy Paul who knocked out Jack Draper is set to face his compatriot Sebastian Korda in the semi-finals on Saturday.
