Manali: A few days ahead of International Yoga Day, some Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) officers did yoga at a height of 15,000 feet in the Uttarakhand Himalayas. On Friday, the ITBP Twitter account posted a video of ITBP officers – performing a Yoga in the snow-capped Himalayas.

ITBP officers had previously organized similar yoga sessions in Visakhapatnam and Ladakh.

India introduced yoga to the world, and now International Yoga Day has been observed on June 21st since 2015 many countries take part in this event on this day each year, people meet in yoga classes or other public locations to practice yoga together.
Since 2015, International Yoga Day is celebrated on June 21 worldwide. Every year, on this day, people gather at a place like yoga studios or other communal spaces and perform yoga together.
